Tools

Practical utilities for dialing in your brew.

This space holds the working tools that support brewing decisions. Start with grinder conversion, and more utilities can live here over time.

Grinder conversion

Recipes on the internet often name one grinder and one setting. This tool helps you translate that setting into approximate equivalents for the grinders BrewFlow supports.

What you get

  • Inferred grind band
  • Approximate micron range
  • Equivalent starting points for each grinder

Conversion Tool

Read a setting from the internet and translate it.

Pick the grinder named in the recipe, enter the setting you saw, and BrewFlow will infer the grind band and show approximate equivalents for the other grinders.

Inferred grind band

Medium-Fine

Micron range

550-650 um

How this works

BrewFlow first places the source setting into a grind band, then projects the same relative position into the other grinders' ranges.

Confidence is high because recipes usually publish clicks or vague grind words, not a precise micron measurement.
